The Process

At CartonPack, we make creating your custom packaging easy and efficient. First, we begin with an initial consultation to understand your specific needs and vision. Our team then develops a custom packaging design, and are able to provide a sample for your approval. While this is happening – if you require print, you will be getting your high resolution PDF file ready to send to us. If you’re happy with the design, we then move into finalising everything, we put your art file on the laycard and send for your approval. Once approved we move into production, ensuring high-quality results with our advanced machinery. Finally, your custom packaging is carefully shipped to you, or packaged ready for you to pick up.

Materials & Styles

At CartonPack, we provide a diverse selection of materials and packaging styles tailored to meet your unique needs. Our corrugated cardboard options come in various board thicknesses, including E, B, and C flutes, as well as our Twin Cush design for added protection. We also offer kraft board and white board options, ensuring an ideal balance between aesthetics and durability for your brand. For environmentally conscious customers, we have 100% recycled board available in E flute.
