Awesome experience! I had no knowledge of this product, John was very patient and helpful with explanations of terminology and suggestions. They provided a sample to ensure we were happy in every aspect before producing them for us. We decided on small dimension changes after seeing the real deal and added more features which were out of the norm but these guys were able to create what we envisioned!!
